Eclipse #2 Post Hydrant

2_1-1Since 1895 the Eclipse #2 Post Hydrant has been a best-selling flushing hydrant for waterline dead-ends. Designed for performance and durability, the Eclipse Model #2 provides excellent flow rates (see flow rate chart in specifications tab) for improving chlorine residual levels and flushing by-products to keep water "fresh", as well as, scouring for biofilm on pipe inner walls.

The Eclipse Model #2 comes standard with all brass principle working parts, nozzle sizes up to 2 ½" NST, freeze-proof drain, 3' bury or less, 2 3/16" valve opening and 1½" pentagon operating nut. Multiple inlets available (see options tab). And, as with all Kupferle products, the Eclipse Model #2 is fully serviceable from above ground – no digging!Certified to NSF/ANSI 372.

MainGuard #44MS-2

MainGuard #44MS-2The MainGuard #44MS-2 two inch washdown hydrant is designed for washing down retention basins, clarifiers, sludge holding tanks and equalization basins at wastewater treatment plants.  Standard features include a heavy duty steel mounting frame that bolts to a concrete pad.  Water is supplied by connecting a 2" hose to the stainless steel horizontal inlet.  The outlet is 2" stainless steel with dust cap.  Each unit is accompanies with a 2" stainless steel ball valve.  The unit can spray up to 190 feet at 380 gpm and a 75 psi.  The MainGuard #44MS-2 cuts cleanup time by up to 87% and reduces the need to drag a hose around while entering the basin which can potentially reduce injury incidents.
