Sampling stations have been approved for use by the EPA’s Total Coliform Rule. The MainGuard #66 is a non-draining unit that comes standard with a stainless steel waterway and a lockable aluminum enclosure.  Unit is non-freezing with use of manual evacuation hand pump (sold separately).  Extreme cold climate package available for depths of bury of 5’ or more. MainGuard #66MB

66MB_Open_Long-1The MainGuard #66MB is designed and engineered specifically as an interior wall mounted sampling station. The #66MB features a 1/2" stainless steel MIP waterway. This unit mounts easily on a wall using the built-in mounting brackets. Water drains through a 1” PVC drain pipe into a sink or floor drain.

The Eclipse #66MB comes standard with a brushed aluminum, lockable enclosure, drawbridge door design for bottle placement. The valve is a 7/16" globe valve. The comfort handle provides easy turning and the ability to throttle from a full flush level to a small non-aerated continuous stream to obtain quality water samples.

The #82A 1” model features a powder-coated steel enclosure .  The Eclipse  #82 and #82A are fully serviceable from above ground.  #82 and #82A Certified to NSF/ANSI 372.

The #92 is easily seen above grade, and the #92VB is added to a meter box. #92 and #92VB Certified to NSF/ANSI 372.

The MainGuard #94WM is a non-draining unit that comes standard with an all brass and stainless steel waterway and fits into a standard 5/8” x ¾” existing meter box.  The unique threaded valve connects easily to the sampling rod and eliminates stress on the meter setter as with other quick-disconnect models. The sampling rod (sold separately) includes a multi-directional swivel blow-off head and separate sampling bibb. The option of 1” and 2” sizes are available.  Certified to NSF/ANSI 372

Sampling stations have been shown to lower false positives, speed collection times, and lower liability concerns.  Sampling Stations have been approved for use by the EPA’s Total Coliform Rule. 
The MainGuard #95WM is a non-draining unit and fits into a standard 5/8” x ¾” existing meter box.  This unit comes standard with type I extruded PVC body, copper horns with brass meter nuts and rotatable horns that allow for different angled installations.  The horns are also removable which allows for easy replacement.  This unit comes standard with an all stainless steel threaded sampling point and an all brass spacing idler and isolation shut-off maintenance valve.  The sampling rod (sold separately) includes a multi-directional swivel blow-off head and separate sampling bibb. The option of 1” and 2” sizes are available.
